To apply for KCHS Foundation tuition assistance, follow these steps!
Sign into the FACTS Family Portal at the link below. Current families use your existing account and new families create a new account. Then fill out the Grant & Aid section in FACTS.
Fill out the KCHS Tuition Assistance online form at the link below. All applications received by April 30th that have also completed FACTS will be considered for tuition assistance.
