Hall of Fame Nomination Form

The Kearney Catholic High School Foundation is accepting Hall of Fame Nominations.  Kearney Catholic is very fortunate to have awesome supporters, amazing staff and many successful alumni who were greatly impacted by their experience at Kearney Catholic High School.  Starting in 2021, we will annually honor several nominees who exhibit the strong characteristics of a Star by inducting them in the Hall of Fame. 

Distinguished Alumna/Alumnus and Honorary Alumnus of the Year Awards will be selected.  Please provide the following information for someone you believe should be honored.  Please nominate and share your thoughts and stories by nominating that special teacher or classmate by using this nomination form.  For serious consideration and fairness to our candidates, please complete all sections thoroughly; please be specific with details.  Thank you.
